1. Service Description

Backlinks Services provides a web-based backlink analysis tool that allows registered users to check and analyze the backlink profiles of any public domain or URL. Our service retrieves data from third-party providers and presents it in a structured, accessible format.

2. Account Registration

To use the service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Usage Limits

Free accounts are limited to 3 backlink checks per day, resetting at midnight UTC. Paid plans (when available) provide higher monthly allowances as described on the Pricing page. Abuse of rate limits or automated scraping is prohibited.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to access accounts belonging to other users, reverse engineer or scrape the API or underlying data, use automated tools to exceed usage limits, or resell or redistribute data obtained through the service without authorization.

5. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date backlink data, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information. Backlink data is sourced from third-party providers and may not reflect real-time changes.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are used for malicious purposes. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Limitation of Liability

Backlinks Services is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under applicable laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
